By creating an account or booking a service through A to Z Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full.
2. Services
A to Z Service is a marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals. We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide the services listed on the platform.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely after the service is completed (or at booking for fixed-price jobs).
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a booking may incur a fee.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, treat professionals with respect, and ensure a safe environment for service delivery.
5. Refunds & Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 72 hours and we will work to make it right - including re-doing the job or issuing a refund where appropriate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A to Z Service's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding and software on A to Z Service is owned by A to Z Service Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
